no pain no weight gain~~




bola chantek tu banyak kegunaan nya~

suka bila biceps naik~~
huhuhu ;p(perasan lebey ;p)

lemah gila bab abs~~

fail sikit bab ni~~

come on~~

aku tak da la macam minah ni work out pakai spect~~

berjimba(aerobic)

lemah gila upper body~~
come on man~~
instructor/supporter itu penting

wear proper attire~~

wear proper shoes~~

drink water-before,during and after work out
elak dehydration 

bawa lah towel
leh la buat2 lap peluh dan lapik tempat korang  baring @ sandar~~

argggghhhh,,,
saya kuat~~
ini adalah aku bila balik dari gym,,,

tak perlu teruk2 nak exercise,,,
just make sure badan korang fit je,,,
jaga makan sama,,,
